Every survivor has a story to share. You don't owe it to anyone to tell yours, but it can be a powerful way to heal. We provide a platform for you to share your experience in a blog post, or you can submit a short paragraph, quote, or video to be featured on our site.

We empower survivors to share their stories and support other people in the Hit Reset community in their recovery. Our stories are all unique, but we share common experiences. No matter how strong we are, we could all use some extra support.

Hit Reset is a supportive network of survivors, their friends and family, and advocates. You have the opportunity to connect with other people that share similar experiences and receive support along your recovery journey.

Who Can Submit Stories: All abuse/trauma survivors are invited and welcome to share their story to be featured on our website. We also welcome friends and family members to share their experiences supporting a loved one that has been abused.

Submission Process: If you'd like to share an experience with our Hit Reset community, send us an email at with a draft of a blog post, a short paragraph, or a quote you'd like featured. We'll work with you to edit (if necessary) and then upload your story to our community page.

Pictures: If you'd like to include pictures with your post, let us know in the email. We must approve all pictures for content. No nudity or graphic violence.

SafetyThe safety of survivors in our community is the most important thing to us. We will never publish your full name or location. We understand if you wish to remain anonymous, and will work with you to make sure you have a way to tell your story and still feel safe and supported.
